The tiny nation of Bhutan, in the Himalayas, is ruled by the Dragon King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, who wears the Raven Crown. He’s also the Grand Master of the Order of Great Victory of the Thunder Dragon.

And apparently is a pretty cool dude, by all accounts.
