A Tool for Finding Primers

Jenny does some part-time research over at the Church Lab. The biologists there have an internal catalog of primers, and they often want to search through those to find the ones that would bind best to a given target. She’d written a little Python script for herself to handle that, but she suggested that the other folks over there would probably find a web app more convenient.

So I wrote one. It’s not too complicated, but it’s freely available for use, and the source code is free, too. If you’re in the molecular bio game you might find it useful!
